  • The Role:

    Our partner, Europe's largest customised print-product marketplace, is looking for an Executive Operations Associate to join the team. You won't just be the COO's right-hand person; you'll be a strategic partner with direct influence on the company's future. Forget the monotony of a job at a big consultancy firm; here, you have the opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic start-up environment. You will act as a critical player in a team driven by innovation, rapid growth, and the pursuit of operational excellence.

    The Mission:

    You'll work side-by-side with the COO, involved in everything from charting the company's strategy to steering high-stakes projects that elevate the organization's efficiency and effectiveness to new heights. You'll analyse complex business data, identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and help translate these insights into action. You'll also collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Partner Management, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX), to ensure seamless execution of the business strategy. But this is not a job for someone who wants to hide behind spreadsheets and reports. You'll regularly be in the field, solving problems hands-on and providing direct support to teams to ensure their success.

    If you're looking for a challenge that tests both your strategic and operational skills, and you want to work in an environment where you can genuinely make a difference, we would love to hear from you!

    Job requirements

    •  Minimum 2 years of experience;
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree - Preferably in Business, Management, or a related field;
    • Strong interest in startup culture and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment;
    • Highly tech-savvy with a focus on data-driven decision-making;
    • Fluent in English; Dutch or Spanish is a plus;
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
