Account Manager - TikTok Agency

Are you able to take responsibility for maintaining the customer relationship, whilst also ensuring your team delivers? Then look no further! 

We've partnered up with a fast-growing digital agency located on the Vondelpark in Amsterdam creating top-notch TikTok content for their clients.  They're on the search for a new Account Manager who will be responsible for maintaining the key accounts within the business. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring each project runs smoothly, meets financial KPIs and deadlines. As the main point of contact for the client, you're sharp and able to spot opportunities to upsell and develop further commercial opportunities.

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining close relations with the client(s)
• Monitoring financial KPIs
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Have a seat at the table with the clients
• Think along with the team in delivering the best quality output

What we're looking for...

• 3+ years of experience in a project management / account management function in a creative agency
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English
• Experience with project management tools such as Simplicate, Grip, Productive etc...
• A social media background / experience leading a team is a plus!
